Inari Festival
The festival is held to commemorate the founding of Sumitomo Electric Industries, Ltd. and is meant as a prayer to the local deity for safety.
At the same time, with the aim of conveying its gratitude to its employees, the company invites their families to the company and holds various events.

Because it was impossible to hold events outdoors, internal events held during the COVID-19 pandemic were raffles, photo contests, and cooking recipe contests.

The Minakuchi Works has an employee cafeteria.
The cafeteria offers three meal varieties each day, so you can choose what you like.
(Meals may be sold out depending on the time of day.)

Healthy living
We are taking measures regarding health to maintain and improve the mental and physical health of our employees.
We have a system in place where industrial health staff will provide support for both physical and mental health.

Sports clubs
There are four sports clubs within Sumitomo Electric Print Circuits, and the company supports their activities.
Currently, futsal, basketball, marathon running, and golf clubs are active.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, the teams were forced to scale back their activities, but at other times, members of each team have been enthusiastic and active, even taking part in local tournaments.
