Every year, we pick up trash around the company as part of our Environmental Cleanup Day activities.

We received seedlings from the prefectural government of Shiga to be planted during National Tree Planting Festival Shiga, held in 2022, and grew them on our company's premises. Due to the spread of COVID-19, the tree planting festival was postponed for a year, which extended the growth period for the seedlings to two and a half years. We returned healthily grown seedlings to the prefectural government, although some of the seedlings died due to extreme summer heat.
We pray that they grow up healthy.

We participated as volunteer supporters at water stations of the Biwako Marathon, held in March 2024.
Approximately 40 volunteers, including our employees and their families, came together to provide drinks and food to the runners as they ran along the lakeshore in early spring.

Every year, we participate in blood donation activities held in our local city of Koka.
We are making contributions to society little by little by doing what we can.
